Warranty Inspections
Congratulations! You've enjoyed the first year in your new
home. Your builder's warranty is about to expire, though. No doubt
there problems you have found throughout the year that the builder
will need to correct. But chances are good, also, that there are things
you are unaware of. If those problems aren't found, they won't be
corrected by the
builder. Some may be minor like nail pops, and some may be serious like
structural issues that may effect the health and safety of your family.
At the end of your inspection you will receive a detailed combination
checklist/narrative computer report, including photos of problem areas,
that will explain our findings in an easy to understand manner. You
will also receive an inspection summary which will help your builder
know which items need to be addressed before your warranty expires.
